Guiding Principles of Faith
We believe that all people contain imago dei, the image of God. We desire to teach the next generations to honor and care for God’s creation, humanity, and the natural world. We will seek to love as Christ loves and serve as Christ serves by living peaceably among all people, all while being Christ’s light in a fallen world. (Isaiah 54:13, Psalm 139:3-16, Genesis 1-2; John 1:1-18, Romans 12:18)
Christ points to the child as an example of faith that we should learn from, and he calls them to him. Therefore, we nurture the whole child and seek to guide and learn from them.

We will seek and knock. We will go and pray. We will seek justice. Love Kindness. And walk humbly with God. We will turn our swords into plowshares. All are welcome in our community. As Christ called those who follow him and find salvation and freedom in him, we are to go out into the world and share the Good News of the Gospel. (Matthew 7:7-12, Matthew 6:6, Micah 6:8,Isaiah 2:4, Matthew 28: 19-20)
We will pray, praise, dance, and sing to our Savior. For all glory and honor belong to the Holy Trinity. (Romans 15:9, 1 Corinthians 15:14, 2 Samuel 22:50, Psalm 104:3)
We will seek to resolve all conflicts with one another in person. We are seeking reconciliation and understanding with one another as Christ taught us. We strive to be slow to anger and quick to love. (Matthew 18: 15-17, Ephesians 4:31-32, Hebrews 12:13-14)
