Jennifer Goodman

Jennifer Goodman has a long career as both a Montessori Director and Parent Educator. Jennifer has worked in Montessori for over two decades, both as a teacher as well as head of school. She founded and ran Primavera Montessori School located in South Austin, Texas, from 2002-2014. She has taught parenting classes and workshops, and ran her own parent counseling company. Most recently she went to Shanghai, China to help open up a school for Guidepost Montessori China and heading Guidepost Cedar Park. Jennifer truly believes that “parenting is the hardest job on the planet” and is committed to supporting parents in navigating all aspects of raising healthy children. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas. 


Stephanie Clark


Stephanie has been with RHCM since 2022. She started as our toddler teacher and recently was the lead teacher for the Nido (Infant) classroom. Starting in Fall 2025 she was the assistant teacher to the Primary classroom and in the Spring 2026 she will be the Lead Teacher.  Before RHCM, she was a stay-at-home mother/grandmother to her four children and seven grandchildren. During her time away from school she enjoys running her side business making car freshies! Her favorite pastime is being at or on the lake and she loves to travel! She is always excited to see the children she has taught move throughout the school and meeting new students! 


Crystal Tully


Crystal has been in early childhood since 2022, and she plans to make a career out of it. In the summer of 2025 she was promoted to the role of Lead Teacher for the Toddler Classroom. She is looking forward to foster growth in all of her students and applying her knowledge of Montessori training.  She loves working with kids and seeing them grow and teaching them new things. Her goal is provide a safe and fun learning space for all children where they feel comfortable communicating with her. 


Kimmy Bates


In the toddler class, we welcome as assistant teacher, Kimmy Bates, long time friend of Crystal. Kimmy recently moved back to Lago Vista from North Dakota where she was working as a job coach for adults with disabilities. Kimmy is a proud mother to a 6-year old daughter and is so happy to be back in Lago Vista.


Cynthia Estefes Martinez


Cynthia joined RHCM staff in the summer 2025 and is the lead Nido Teacher.  She worked in the childcare industry for more than 10 years from but after graduating from college she was offered roles within the corporate space. Since becoming a mom in 2023, she found herself wanting to invest more in early childhood education as she wants to provide her son with the best possible start in life for future success. She is looking forward to foster growth and development for all the infants in her classroom to best prepare them for the toddler cleass. She resides in Lago Vista with her husband, son, and mother.
