Jennifer Goodman
Jennifer Goodman has a long career as both a Montessori Director and Parent Educator. Jennifer has worked in Montessori for over two decades, both as a teacher as well as head of school. She founded and ran Primavera Montessori School located in South Austin, Texas, from 2002-2014. She has taught parenting classes and workshops, and ran her own parent counseling company. Most recently she went to Shanghai, China to help open up a school for Guidepost Montessori China and heading Guidepost Cedar Park. Jennifer truly believes that “parenting is the hardest job on the planet” and is committed to supporting parents in navigating all aspects of raising healthy children. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas.
Leah Faldyn
Leah’s Montessori journey began nearly 25 years ago, as she had the pleasure of working alongside a highly trained teacher for six years. She realized working with children, specifically in a Montessori environment, was her passion. She became certified in 2010 and has never looked back. In Montessori education, we recognize that children thrive when given freedom to explore, given the tools to discover, and the gentle guidance to grow at their own pace. She approaches teaching with patience, empathy, and a deep respect for each child’s individuality. Some children may need extra support, reassurance, or connection-she believes it will be opportunities like these where confidence and trust will be built. She is committed to partnering with parents as we nurture your child’s academic, social, and emotional development. She looks forward to getting to know your family and supporting your child through this exciting new chapter. She is honored to have been chosen to be part of your community. As your child begins their journey with her, it is the school’s goal to create an environment where they feel safe, loved, respected, and inspired to learn in ways that are meaningful to them.
She is the proud mother of three boys and in her spare time she enjoys fine dining, water activities, and spending time with her family and friends, including her two beloved cats.
Amber Sosa
Amber has dedicated more than two decades to caring for and educating children, beginning her career in childcare in her early twenties. She successfully owned and operated her own in-home childcare business, where she created a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young learners. As a mother, including raising two children with Autism and special needs, she brings an exceptional patience, compassion, and understanding to every child and family she works with. She believes every child deserves to feel supported, respected, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. Family is at the heart of everything she does. She is passionate about fostering independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning through Montessori philosophy.
Outside the classroom, she enjoys health and fitness, and has a deep appreciation for music, and values spending quality time with her family.
Crystal Tully
Crystal has been in early childhood since 2022, and she plans to make a career out of it. In the summer of 2025, she was promoted to the role of Lead Teacher for the Toddler Classroom. She is looking forward to foster growth in all of her students and applying her knowledge of Montessori training. She loves working with kids and seeing them grow and teaching them new things. Her goal is to provide a safe and fun learning space for all children where they feel comfortable communicating with her.
Kimmy Bates
In the toddler class, we welcome as assistant teacher, Kimmy Bates, long time friend of Crystal’s. Kimmy recently moved back to Lago Vista from North Dakota where she was working as a job coach for adults with disabilities. Kimmy is a proud mother to her daughter and is so happy to be back in Lago Vista.
Cynthia Estefes Martinez
Cynthia joined RHCM staff in the summer 2025. In August 2026, she was promoted to the role of Assistant Director for the school and is the Lead Infant Teacher. She worked in the childcare industry for more than 10 years but after graduating from college she was offered more roles within the corporate space. Since becoming a mom in 2023, she found herself wanting to invest more in early childhood education as she wants to provide her son with the best possible start in life for future success. She is looking forward to foster growth and development for all the infants in her classroom and the school as a whole to best prepare them for the best start to the next class or the next step in the educational journey.
She resides in Lago Vista with her husband, son, and mother.
Deanna Koelzer
Deanna has had multiple roles with RHCM since the school’s inception in 2023 as an Assistant Teacher and Substitute teacher. In August 2026, she became the Assistant Teacher in the Infant class. She brings a wealth of knowledge as a teacher, Children’s Program Director for the church, and as a mother. She loves watching each child thrive and grow at their own pace and partnering with parents for their child’s success.
She resides in Lago Vista with her husband and children.
Eliana Wiebe
Eliana is originally from Brazil, but moved to the US in 2001 with her husband. She started with RHCM in January 2026 and she brings an extensive background in child care that she looks forward to bringing to the school to help foster growth and success in every child she works with. Her role is the schools float teacher to help support each class as needed.
She resides in Lakeway with her husband.
